Website and service terms
Version 1.0 · Effective 25 October 2026
1. Operator, scope and priority
Milan Motors is the trading brand of MILAN MOTORS AUCTION ORGANIZING L.L.C, a single-owner limited liability company, holding trade licence number 909319 issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, with registered address Shop R.04, The Atria Residence, Marasi Drive, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Milan Motors”, “we”, “us”). Contact: milanmotors95@gmail.com; +971 55 855 8222; +971 4 834 2250. These terms cover this website and initial enquiries about vehicle purchases, sales, consignment, electric vehicles and Support & Advice services. Mandatory law takes priority. A separately agreed transaction or service contract governs its specific subject; these website terms do not change an existing contract or reduce statutory rights. The Privacy Notice separately explains personal-data processing; reading it is not blanket consent.
2. Enquiries and formation of contracts
You must have legal capacity to enter a transaction and authority to act for any owner or business you represent. Browsing, completing a form, opening a WhatsApp draft or an automated acknowledgement does not by itself reserve a car, accept an offer, appoint us as agent or create a paid booking. A transaction requires clear agreement on its essential terms with an authorised representative and any formalities required by law. An express agreement may be recorded electronically, including by email or WhatsApp where legally valid; we do not suggest that electronic agreements can never bind the parties. The website currently has no checkout or online payment facility.
3. Listings, availability and vehicle information
An available, reserved or sold label describes the recorded listing status and may change as transactions progress. Confirm current availability before travelling or paying. Vehicle year, mileage, specification, origin, service history, accident history, ownership and warranty information must be checked against the particular vehicle and available records. Market-specific equipment may differ. Owner verification is not certification of title, roadworthiness, accident-free history or manufacturer approval. We must not conceal known material facts or use this clause to excuse misleading information. Genuine listing photographs relate to the stated vehicle; general design and service illustrations do not prove stock availability or equipment. Sold listings are historical and are not offers for sale.
4. Prices, quotations, taxes and payments
Amounts are in UAE dirhams unless expressly stated otherwise. Advertised consumer prices must comply with applicable pricing and VAT disclosure rules; legally required inclusions cannot be removed by a general disclaimer. Before commitment, the written quotation must identify the vehicle or service, total payable, applicable VAT treatment, any separately chargeable registration, delivery, third-party or coordination fees, payment milestones and quote validity. No additional paid work or fee is authorised merely by an enquiry. A genuine listing error must be explained before agreement; it does not permit misleading pricing or unilateral alteration of an accepted contract. Pay only to a verified account identified in the transaction documents; independently verify any request to change bank details. We issue the legally required receipt or invoice.
5. Reservations, deposits, cancellation and refunds
Before any deposit is taken, the parties must record its amount, purpose, reservation period, whether and when it is refundable, any finance or inspection condition, permitted deductions and the refund process. This website does not declare all deposits non-refundable or create an automatic cancellation fee. Cancellation, return, repair, replacement and refund rights follow the applicable law and the lawful transaction-specific agreement. No “sold as seen”, “as is” or similar wording removes mandatory remedies for defects, misdescription, fraud or other non-excludable obligations. Agreed refunds are processed without unjustified delay, subject to mandatory deadlines; we will identify any lawful verification required.
6. Buying, inspections, test drives and handover
Before purchase, review the vehicle-specific condition, disclosed defects, mileage, title and finance status, included accessories, warranty and agreed repairs. You may arrange an independent inspection subject to reasonable access and the owner's permission. A test drive requires permission, a valid appropriate driving licence, applicable insurance and compliance with agreed safety conditions and traffic law; liability is not automatically transferred to the driver for every loss. Delivery, risk, title transfer, registration, settlement of existing finance and payment clearance must be addressed in the transaction documents and completed as required by law. A handover acknowledgement is not a waiver of undisclosed defects or statutory rights. Cross-border delivery or export, if separately agreed, requires written allocation of transport, customs, insurance and destination-compliance responsibilities; registration abroad is not guaranteed.
7. Selling a vehicle to us
You must own the vehicle or hold valid authority to sell it, and provide accurate information and documents. Disclose outstanding finance, liens, ownership restrictions, material accidents, flood or fire damage, odometer changes, significant repairs or modifications and other material matters known to you. A preliminary valuation is not a final purchase commitment; any final offer depends on the agreed verification and inspection and its stated validity period. We must explain any proposed adjustment before acceptance. The purchase agreement must allocate finance settlement, fines, fees, documents, delivery and the point at which title and risk transfer. An enquiry does not authorise us to access accounts or settle finance for you.
8. Consignment and sale on an owner's behalf
Listing or leaving a vehicle with us requires a separate consignment agreement. It must identify the owner and vehicle, our role and authority, listing duration, asking and minimum authorised sale prices, negotiation authority, commission and VAT, approved advertising, custody and insurance, test drives, maintenance and storage costs, settlement of finance, handling and payment of sale proceeds, withdrawal, termination and any agreed exclusivity. No exclusivity, transfer power, commission, storage charge or authority to accept money on the owner's behalf arises solely from the website form. We cannot transfer ownership or agree a sale beyond the authority granted. No sale price or time to sell is guaranteed unless expressly and lawfully agreed. We remain responsible for duties imposed on us by law, including when acting as intermediary.
The website does not provide an online bidding facility. Any separately arranged auction or exhibition requires its own published participation and transaction rules, identifying the organiser, seller, bidding and acceptance process, reserve price where applicable, buyer and seller fees, payment and collection deadlines, cancellation and dispute procedures. An ordinary website enquiry is not an auction bid or authority to bind an owner.
9. Finance, insurance and official transactions
Finance assistance and insurance assistance are limited to lawful information, introductions and coordination within our permissions. Credit decisions, regulated financial or insurance advice, policy issue, interest or profit rates, eligibility and claims decisions belong to the appropriately licensed provider. We do not promise approval, a particular rate, cover or claim outcome. Review the provider's total cost, fees, exclusions and contract before deciding. Registration, renewal, transfer and other official approvals remain subject to the competent authority and required documents, payments and checks. An enquiry is not a finance approval, insurance policy, registration or official certificate. Any referral payment or coordination charge relevant to your decision must be disclosed before commitment.
10. Inspection, repair, care and other support
Support & Advice includes inspection coordination, maintenance and repairs, cleaning and detailing, polishing and ceramic care, window tinting, paint protection film, automotive guidance and after-sales concierge. Before paid work, confirm who provides it, the scope, quotation, parts or materials, permissions, timing and applicable warranty. Work outside the approved scope requires further agreement. A limited inspection is not a guarantee against every hidden or future fault; its scope and findings must be accurately explained. Tinting and modifications must comply with applicable rules. Cosmetic treatments do not guarantee permanent protection. Concierge support is coordination within the agreed scope, not an unlimited warranty or emergency service. We provide work directly only within our licences; licensed independent providers perform regulated or specialist work where required. Identifying a third-party provider does not remove our own contractual or statutory responsibilities.
11. Electric vehicles
Battery health, usable capacity, range, charging speed, charging compatibility, software features and warranty depend on the individual vehicle, its history and the relevant conditions. Manufacturer or test figures are not a promise of actual results. Ask for the available battery report, charging requirements, territorial warranty restrictions and any subscription or software limitations before commitment. An independent specialist assessment may be appropriate. Vehicle selection does not itself include charger installation or approval of a property's electrical capacity.
12. Appointments, delays and events outside control
Appointments and estimated completion or delivery dates need confirmation. Tell us promptly if you cannot attend. Any cancellation charge must have been disclosed and lawfully agreed in advance. Authority processing, parts availability or an event outside reasonable control may affect timing; we must communicate a material delay and discuss reasonable alternatives. This is not an automatic right to retain payments, cancel remedies or avoid our duties. The consequences of impossibility, cancellation or prolonged delay follow the applicable law and transaction agreement.
13. Website use, intellectual property and journal
Use the website lawfully. Do not upload unlawful material, impersonate another person, interfere with security, bypass access controls, harvest personal data or copy content in infringement of rights. Website branding, original text, layout and images are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights; third-party vehicle brands remain their owners' property. Personal browsing and sharing links are permitted. No manufacturer affiliation or authorised-dealer status arises from displaying a brand. The owner's journal contains general information and opinions, not a vehicle-specific inspection, warranty or regulated professional advice. Quotations, advertising claims and factual statements remain subject to applicable law.
14. Submitted information, photographs and accounts
Send only information you are entitled to provide. For photographs or descriptions approved for a listing, you grant only the non-exclusive permission reasonably needed to reproduce, format and publish them for the agreed vehicle marketing, channels and duration. This is not an unrestricted perpetual licence to use personal images or documents. Personal identifiers, faces, number plates and documents require appropriate handling under the Privacy Notice. Requests to withdraw a listing or permission are handled subject to the agreement and applicable law. Administrative access is restricted to authorised users, who must protect credentials and promptly report suspected misuse; no password or verification code should be sent in an enquiry.
15. Third-party links and availability
WhatsApp, maps, social networks and independent providers have their own services and terms. Review them before sharing information or purchasing. We do not control their systems or promise uninterrupted website operation, but this does not exclude responsibility that the law places on us. We may take proportionate steps to maintain, secure or suspend the website or an abusive session without cancelling existing contractual obligations or remedies.
16. Responsibility and legally protected rights
Each party is responsible for the obligations and losses for which the applicable law makes it responsible. To the extent lawful, we do not assume responsibility for loss caused solely by inaccurate information you supply, unauthorised acts of unrelated third parties or misuse of the website; causation and legal responsibility must still be established. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross fault, death or personal injury where it cannot lawfully be limited, or any mandatory consumer, data-protection, product-safety, title, payment or refund obligation. There is no blanket release, unlimited customer indemnity or website-only liability cap that overrides these protections. A defective clause is ineffective to the necessary extent without invalidating lawful remaining terms.
17. Complaints, governing law and disputes
Send complaints to milanmotors95@gmail.com or contact the numbers above, identifying the relevant vehicle or service and the issue. Do not send secret credentials. We will consider the complaint without unjustified delay and explain any further information needed. Our internal process does not prevent approaching the competent consumer-protection or other regulator or a competent court, and does not suspend statutory deadlines. UAE federal law and the applicable laws of Dubai govern these website terms. Disputes go to the competent Dubai courts subject to mandatory jurisdiction and any non-excludable protections lawfully applicable to the customer. These terms do not impose arbitration or waive access to authorities.
18. Languages and updates
Arabic, English, Russian and Simplified Chinese versions are intended to express the same terms. For an unresolved inconsistency, the Arabic text governs to the extent permitted by law, without removing mandatory language requirements or rights arising from misleading translation. A transaction contract may specify its own controlling language consistently with the law. Changes are published with an effective date and apply prospectively; they do not retrospectively change an agreed transaction or constitute new consent to data processing. Material changes that require agreement will be presented separately.
